Delivery costs and times
Standard delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are adjusted according to the size of the order and the location of the customer. Note, however, that the edition is free anywhere in Canada, when the total amount of the order reaches the minimum amount required.
Ecotao cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Delivery costs are adjusted according to the customer’s location. Standard delivery times are generally 10-20 business days.
Since these are personal hygiene products, no returns are accepted. However, a refund or re-shipment of the order is possible if one or more items are damaged upon receipt (breakage during shipment or defect) upon presentation of proof.
ECOTAO will provide a tracking number as soon as the goods are shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically directed to the Canada Post site where you will find the status of your order. You can also track your package by entering your tracking number directly on the Canada Post website www.postescanada.ca. Note that in some cases, especially when shipping internationally, the tracking number may unfortunately not be available.
It may happen that your package is lost during transport. If you have this problem, please contact us by email. Rest assured that we are following up on the file with Canada Post to resolve the situation.
Items damaged in transit
Any item damaged in transit will be refunded or resent at no additional cost upon presentation of proof.
If you made an error in the order, especially in the address or the quantity of products purchased, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to make the correction. If the shipment is already on its way, we may not be able to make the desired change. Unfortunately, we do not issue a refund if you change your mind.
